1. Returns

- Eligibility:  
  - Request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.  
  - Eyewear must be unused, in original condition, with all accessories and packaging.  
  - Custom prescription glasses and OEM orders are non-returnable.  

- How to Return:

  2. Pack the glasses securely in the original packaging.  
  3. Mark the RA number on the package and ship it to the provided address.  

- Return Shipping:  
  Customers cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective products.  

2. Refunds 

- Eligibility:  
  Refunds are issued after inspection, provided the returned items meet our policy criteria.  

- Process:  
  - Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.  
  - If the original payment method is unavailable, we’ll work with you to arrange an alternative.  

3. Exchanges
    We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange, return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
